CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointment Deposit & Rescheduling Policy: A deposit is required to secure your appointment for new clients. This deposit allows for one (1) reschedule only. Any additional rescheduling will require a new deposit. I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no shows, cancellations and/or reschedules within the 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are running late please communicate that with me. I do allow a 10 minute grace period. Anything later can result in your appointment being rescheduled and a 50% charge.
